Frequently asked questions about the Summit.

Will I receive Professional Development Points or Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for attending?

We are not able to directly offer professional development points or CEUs for attendance. However, we can provide a Certificate of Completion for your participation in the Summit upon request. If you would like to request a Certificate of Completion, please contact us with your request and your first and last name.

What do I do if I’m having technical difficulties?

If you are having technical difficulties for any reason, please contact us and a team member will assist you as soon as possible.

How do I access sessions?

On the dates of the Summit, each session on the Agenda page will feature a “Join Session” button that redirects you to the appropriate Zoom room. Some sessions will be recorded and will be available on our website shortly after the Summit. The sessions that will be recorded are indicated on the Agenda page.
